總統府昨天公布「政黨及其附隨組織不當取得財產處理條例」，行政院將設不當黨產處理委員會，政黨自民國34年後取得的財產扣除黨費、政治獻金等後，推定為不當取得，應移轉為國有。不當黨產處理委員會主委將由顧立雄擔任。
國民黨文化傳播委員會副主委胡文琦上午舉行記者會表示，顧立雄從條例催生到任委員會主委是「一條龍」，球員兼裁判，毫無避諱，令人遺憾。
胡文琦說，民進黨上任後，民生經濟法案毫無作為，只會力推政治性追殺、意識形態法案，政黨及其附隨組織不當取得財產處理條例已通過，要指望民進黨懸崖勒馬已不可能，國民黨不會坐以待斃，會窮盡所有可能司法、行政途徑，替國民黨贏回該有的正義。
此外，行政院長林全說，政黨應以黨費、政治獻金與競選經費補助等合法手段規劃黨工相關權益，而非以不當黨產支應黨工薪資或退休金。
胡文琦說，再怎麼野蠻的政府也要守法，基於勞動基準法與信賴保護原則，國民黨發薪水、退休金給黨工，天經地義，民進黨企圖凍結國民黨財產，讓國民黨關門，國民黨不以為然。1050812
